Discover the stunning Waratah Collection, featuring Telopea truncata 'Tasmanian Waratah', Telopea speciosissima 'NSW Waratah', Telopea oreades 'Gippsland Waratah', and Agastachys odorata 'White Waratah'.

These versatile shrubs, ranging from 1.5 to 5.0 meters in height, can be used in shrubberies or as specimen plantings.

With a preference for full sun to part shade and some summer water, these plants produce large red flowers in spring to early summer, attracting birds and butterflies.

Don't miss out on their spectacular display and their incredible versatility as cut flowers.

Waratahs can be grown from seeds by sowing them into a seed tray with well-drained soil mix, watering them, to keep mix moist not damp.

Cover the seeds with a fine layer of mix and water thoroughly. Transplant the seedlings into a potting mix with good drainage.

For at least one year, keep the waratahs in a potted environment with partial shade and off the ground. When it comes to growing conditions, waratahs thrive in moist, well-drained, and acidic soil with a pH level of 5-6.

To prevent fungal root diseases, the soil should allow for proper drainage. Furthermore, waratahs are sensitive to excessive phosphorus and should only be fertilized with native fertilizers.
