This tactile plant is known for its vibrant appearance in the sunlight and serves as a desirable food source for birds, butterflies, and other pollinating insects.
Suitable for full sun to part shade, it can withstand windy and exposed conditions and is drought tolerant.
Its small red flowers bloom in the winter and spring, attracting honey eaters.
This WA native thrives in all types of soil, including coastal soils.
