Fringed Lily - Thysanotus Multiflorus
Thysanotus multiflorus, also known as the Fringed Lily, belongs to the Anthericaceae family and can grow up to 30cm (1′) in height and 45cm (18″) in width.
This perennial plant is hardy and drought-resistant, with long, narrow leaves that grow straight from the ground and resemble grass.
Its spectacular flowers, which bloom in Spring, consist of clusters of up to 20 violet and blue 3-petalled blooms, each surrounded by a delicate and lengthy fringe.
The plant thrives in various well-drained soil types and can be grown in full sun or part shade.
