From the Asteraceae family, Chrysocephalum apiculatum, also known as Common Everlasting, hails from SA, Vic, NSW, WA, Qld, Tas, and NT.

It thrives in a prostrate and dense habit, ideal for landscape areas ranging from coastal footslopes, hills, to plains and second-line coasts.

This evergreen herb can adapt to varying soil textures, whether clay, loam, or sand, and thrives in acidic, alkaline, or neutral pH levels. It tolerates drought, lime, and moderate frost.
