Common name: Prostrate eremophila

3m wide x .5 high.

Eremophila biserrata is a sprawling shrub with the ability to spread wide, developing roots at the leaf nodes and creating a diameter of multiple meters. Its leaves, around 30 mm long and 10 mm wide, display a broad lance shape that narrows towards the apex and boasts toothed edges.

During the spring season, the tubular flowers, with a greenish-yellow hue and prominent purple anthers, bloom and measure approximately 20-25 mm in length.

The fruit, oblong or pear-shaped, reaches 50 mm in length.

This drought-tolerant groundcover from Western Australia's Coolgardie region thrives in dry climates and can adjust to various soil types, as long as there is appropriate drainage.

While it typically flourishes in sunny areas, it has proven successful in lightly shaded environments as well.

Attracting nectar-feeding birds, the plant bursts with yellow-green flowers from late spring to late summer.
